  2. Short of Tim Scott, SC has few GREAT Statemen and Women,…, we have plenty of politicians tho. These "politicians" should be in their states beating the VOTE DRUMS with real information and a unified Republican message. I hardly ever see or hear about my representative out in the field and when they are, they will not meet with you- I know, I had a congressional messed up by my congressmen's office and I waited over 6 months to even see an office state here in Columbia and now still have not heard from THAT PERSON in 2 months over their own behavior. This is WHY the liberals are catching up- that GRAND OLD PARTY arrogance. Get your Geritol Republican National Party,…, the Dems have begone the great USA give away to their "We the Freeloaders" constituents.

"TUITION DEBT REALIGNMENT" is the proper term all Republicans should be pounding into the airwaves and they should push a REPUBLICAN plan that would be fair,…, REMOVE all interest on loans and have these "children" pay off only the principle, this would save the idiots who SIGNED on the dotted line more than the $!0,000 bribe and bring the "higher, (or lower) Educational Institutions to be accountable and forgive the debts they in their greediness had snared in their person finance scheme. LEAVE THE WORKING FOLK ALONE! If the Biden $10,000 goes all the way through, we will find in a few years that most of these fools will be right back in deep debt begging for more "FORGIVENESS, an emotional commodity that those that work, pay taxes and run their lives well are already in SHORT SUPPLY of right now.

  3. This action by the FBI was done to acclimate the American people to the idea the Constitution can no longer protect us. The first 95 seconds of this show was full of "fluff". A clear indication of something terrible.

  4. Howard Richardson pleaded guilty earlier this year to assaulting police officers during the Jan. 6 attack.

He entered restricted areas of the Capitol grounds and beat an officer with a Trump flag.

On Friday, he was sentenced to 46 months in prison, a $2,000 fine, and three years of supervised release.

Howard C. Richardson, a 72-year-old from Pennsylvania, was sentenced Friday to nearly four years in prison for beating a police officer with a Trump flag during the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.

A 72-year-old Capitol rioter who beat a police officer with a Trump flag has received a nearly 4-year prison sentence

Richardson, who pleaded guilty in April to a charge of assaulting a law enforcement officer, made his way to restricted areas of the Capitol grounds during the riot that interrupted Congress as members were counting electoral votes related to the 2021 presidential election, according to a statement released by the Department of Justice. WINING HA!!

The Horrible Vile Crimes Committed by this sinister evil Merrick Garland, the FBI and first and foremost that idiotic moron Joe Biden, in raiding the private Residence of Former President Donald Trump, shows that they have no respect for the ex-President and his Huge Multitudes of Followers, they raided Mar-a-Largo under the pretext of searching for Secret National Security documents which the former President took with him for biographical research purposes, which Trump has the right to possess and declassify, this dastardly highhanded Criminal acts of that swine Merrick, the FBI and that idiotic Biden must not go unpunished, when the Republican Party takes over the Congress, these evil putrid creatures must be brought to Justice “without fear or favor” by Grand Juries, investigated for their Crimes of Dereliction of Duty, by Not pursuing Criminals like Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Christopher Steele, Andrew George McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page and company who forged FISA documents to falsely incriminate Trump in the Russia Hoax, going after Trump with ill-intents for their own gratifications, these obnoxious creatures must be flushed out of the White House, the Judicial System and the FBI, if America is to be Safe Respected and God Willing Strong.

  8. "So-called potential risks of keeping documents at mar-a-Lago…" So-called? So-called???
Sure, no big deal. First you remove hundreds of pages of documents, some with the highest TS-SCI classification regarding nuclear intel, then you keep them in a storage closet near the pool at your private club, then you falsely claim that they were planted there by the FBI, then you claim you declassified them, then you lie about returning them all, then you don't comply with a federal subpoena regarding the request for the rest of them…
I don't see any risk at all despite the fact that the removal was illegal and the documents could put US security in grave danger, and the person who took them has a long history of lying and basically being a lap dog of Vladimir Putin. Yeah, no real risks here to see!

  9. Can she just go away? (The host, i dont care enough to remember her name) She isn't a gifted speaker, she's not much to look at, and she doesnt add to any show. She's just…. there.

  10. {1} A classified record doesn't automatically revert to an unclassified status even 'presumptively' except by specific presidential directive.
{2} The relevant statute isn't the Presidential Records Act, but 18 U.S.C. 793(e). And that re. national defense info, classified or not.
"(e) Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, … relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation,…or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it; or
    (f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document,
or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody… (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody…and fails to make prompt report of such loss,…to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."
    Summa summarum: guilty.

n.b. It's not a question of classification under 793e. Rather, "(e) Whoever having unauthorized possession of, access to, or control over any document, … relating to the national defense," etc.
Whether the documents removed from the premises earlier, or the fruits of crime under the aegis of this recent search warrant, were declassified or not (and the only evidence they were seems to be on the word of one Cash Patel [sp?]), in terms of definitions within the statute the subject of the warrant is still in unlawful posession of such documents.
    The classification issue is moot.
