  • Possible TikTok ban raises alarm for Democrats ahead of 2024 March 27, 2023
The possibility of a ban on the social media platform TikTok is raising red flags among some Democrats, who worry it could turn off Generation Z voters ahead of the 2024 election. The voting bloc played a decisive role in Democrats’ better-than-expected performance in last year’s election, but some in the party say that a...

Editor's note: This is the first part of a two-part series on the politicization of fentanyl overdoses. 1. Just imagine if one can have a Union for Parents. Then as a block they can go on strike, remove their children from school, insist on changes before the children can return. Just imagine.

  2. Madge the Vange got her 183,000 dollar PPP loan forgiven as did Baby Gaetzs 450,000 loan along with a load more Republicans…hypocrites!

  3. Cost of living is 2x higher NY to FL. You would think a teacher would consider that simple economics. So her 50k average in FL is better than the 85K her NY breathen make.

  4. #1 Social media is not a place for children under 15. #2 Homeschool your kids, keep them as far away as possible from the modern American education system. #3 Be involved in your children's lives. #4 Eliminate the Department of Education.

  5. Because you've reached beyond your duty. You are there to teach thw childrenath English science tou are not there to cause problems with the children sexual choices…causing fights in the home because you are telling these kids they can keep secrets from their parents.

  6. The largest demographic in American is the most politically unrepresented and it's called "equality". I'm not talking about Trump supporters either. Inversely the smallest demographic in America is the most represented and they call it "Democracy".

  7. Republicans are bloodleeching politicians that only cares for what their corporate sponsors want, no different from the democrats.. if you want to be free from inflation and the tyranny of today's US Government that do not represent you nor listen to your voice, why keep them when they, like their corporate handlers, are all just greedy parasites that only exist to drain you up dry while you suffer from all their bad decisions like they own you and your freedom.

  8. Lawrence, OK so we heard from the public school teachers. Which I really didn’t understand how they were saying two different things at one time Lawrence. On one hand they were saying how it was hard for the teachers to play catch-up with the children as far as learning goes.
But then on the other hand everyone knows and you guys even touched on it there’s a whole lot less kids going to public schools now. They are being homeschooled or they have gone into private schools or charter schools. So with less students these teachers should be able to do their jobs well if their heart is in it.
No Lawrence what you need to set up now is another teachers panel with charter school teachers and homeschool teachers. Let’s get it take from the other side. I would really be interested in seeing that show as well Lawrence … thanks Andrew

  9. Public schools have failed, because politicians have failed them, which means they have failed our children. We as a free nation can do better for our children, and schools in the private sector. Everything the Government touches in the most part are massive failures. Put God first back in our schools along with the prayer needed to save this nation and we will begin to heal as it should be.

  10. Having grown up in the 50s has made me realize what is wrong with America today. I still fondly remember the names of my teachers for they are deserving of respect and honor. There are too many teachers today whose only goal is to bring home their very needed pay check. Educating children has become secondary to many, and that is the biggest problem.

  11. How come the panel didn't include a wider variety of teachers (male, black, level of education being taught, demographics of children being taught, etc)? Just wondering if there would have been different perspectives that could have added to the conversation
