  1. Jesse you sound like Nancy Grace. I agree with the lawyer. He is 82, just minutes away from being in a severe accident, and he is barely over the legal limit. He is asked to do the one leg extended test which I think maybe 10% of 80 year olds can do and few people after a major car crash. He was not hammered as you portray.

  2. Jessie your double standards need to be highlighted. What PP did is inexcusable and needs to be appropriately sentenced and to all intense and purposes that appears to have happened. But Jessie why don’t you use your obvious talent to go after Trump and his numerous intentional attempts to destabilise America? Arguable he presents a far worse problem because he has corrupted the lives of so many otherwise descent citizens?

  3. pau lie PIG is a pure wast of white . and that wife of his well it looks like a house fell on her more then one or two times . and what's with all that gear she wears around that turkey neck of hers ? its like putting perfume on a dog turd it mite smell better but its still a turd .

  4. Paul HAD AN EXCUSE FOR DRINKS WHEN HE SAW A RERUN ON THE VIDEO OF NANCY ,HIS SPOUSE, TEARING UP TRUMP SPEECH DURING UNION ADDRESS. HE HAD 5 KIDS BUT WAS TOLD BY NANCY ABORTION IS OK BUT NOT ANYMORE

  5. Wow imagine that. Another high power protected criminal free because of who he is.
We all knew nothing would become of it. Look at all the backing this man has.
It's a do as I say not as I do etc. with these people.

  6. So he spent one night in jail which earned him credit for two days. Then he got sentenced to 5 days, to be eligible for early release after having served 40% of his sentence, so he does not have to serve another day in jail. Judge conveniently did the math for him. Don't you also have to serve one full year to be eligible for early release, or is that only the federal law?

  7. One thing that's disappeared here is that he also was under the influence of drugs and the drugs have not been identified. Of course, this poor Hispanic driver could be offered a really low amount in the eyes of everyone else, and think he'd won the lottery. What's sad is that Pelosi can pay him off and have part of the settlement be that he cannot disclose the terms of the settlement. If this doesn't show being above the law there will never be a situation that does

  8. 4:12: Honestly, I would buy off the victims silence. If I were Papa Paulie. He can afford medical bills and a top off and might just have bitten the bullet from his pocket.

Survival first. Swamp creatures will part with some money for survival.

Edit: Thinking more about it. Hell yeah. The official charges and trial up and everything are done. Settled. The only way this actually gets pushed further is if the victims sue. Jesse and Fox News can blast this – and it's good for the court of public opinion – but they can't actually "do" anything.

Unless Paulie moronic gets someone else to blow into his car for him, then kills a bunch of children, I don't see anything happening to him.

  9. Had a few DUI's, the last one I got my Blood alchohol was .02, that is the lowest detectable amount, in short a shot of mouthwash would read the same. However I got a 6 year prison sentence out of the deal as I had prior offenses from 15 years prior. Note, no accident, no injuries no nothing but a 6 year prison sentence. Rules for thee but not for me in this case.
