Fox Entertainment needs to be taken back to court and forced to take news out of their name! It's intentionally misleading, false advertising, and often times has lead to serious issues with their viewers. How is it not a bigger issue? They make me sick to my stomach.
Where I come from, that is a proper defamation, worthy to be sued. Also, the judge would be able to claim that his personal rights have been violated, since they used his picture without permission (do you have that in the US? Because I often see that Americans living in Germany are wondering why we are so particular with having our pictures taken!)
Anyways…I hope there's a chance for judge Reinhardt to get back to those disgusting demagogues at Fox!
