Story at a glance The major storms that hit California earlier this winter dumped more than 32 trillion gallons of water on the state, helped boost some of the region's reservoirs and increased snowpack in key mountains throughout the west.   But despite this temporary reprieve, the region will need to work on water conservation and reducing demand given climate change. ...

  1. The USA has been given a Corruption Perception Index of 67/100. It is a score that has been falling for decades regardless of political party in power.

It's just a fact. Draw your own conclusions.

  2. What about Joe's, Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, All them millions wasted on trying to frame President Trump wow if all that $$$$$$ was account for!!!!! You see how California is ran that's why everyone is leaving, when's enough going to be enough? And if they truly believe in what they do is for the better of our country then why are all there houses walled up and guarded like fort hood? And with gun's!!!

  3. I kinda understand the play here. It's not good, but I understand it.

You cant be a good Empire without Storm Troopers.

It's also kind of a plan for rebating the money spent on these programs. Our taxes are increased – directly paying for portions of this – but it will be the Storm Troopers collecting the rest.

Government spending for all this progress is minimal. We are flat out paying the bulk.
