  1. The greatest risk (called a show stopper) is "could people die?" If the documents stolen by Trump, not returned when repeatedly asked for, concealed and lied about, are seen by the wrong people then "people could die"! Anyone other than Trump would already be in jail.

  2. Trey Gowdy is the reason why I got into politics and tried to understand the system. He explains both sides well and has the knowledge to take most people to school with logic and law.

  3. Most of you probably haven't finished high school, let alone set foot in a college. But in college, you can take "creative writing" classes, which a lot of you would surely enjoy. Think about it.

  4. I like to come here to read all of the creative conspiracy theories. Good times. When you're making up new conspiracy stories, do you ever consider things like facts, evidence, witnesses and stuff like that? That's always the missing ingredient in your stories. Every single one of your stories. Food for thought, huh?

  5. I come from Zimbabwe, where the police, The CIO (Central Intelligence), the army, the judiciary, the prison service and the civil service are all totally controlled by the shower in power. Welcome to the Club, USA!

  6. First off, “marked” classified has no legal meaning. If a document has been declassified it will still have the classification mark on it.

Second, “highly classified” is not a classification

  7. Hey MAGAMORONS This is Hillarys emails on steroids. During an ongoing criminal investigation they tend to keep things redacted to protect witnesses and the integrity of the investigation. Trump was subpoenad back in june and dragged his feet for weeks before turning over 13 boxes and saying that was everything and a witness told the FBI that in fact there was still 27 boxes of documents s in the basement. So they were completely justified in executing a search warrant and the redactions are to protect the witness from certain retaliation.

  8. Why are Republicans side stepping the obvious question? The question's should be " whether they were classified or not, why did Don the con take all those boxes of records home with him when he was tossed out of office"? What possible motivation did he have for removing documents that were supposed to go to the American archives? What was he planning to do with highly sensitive documents? I would challenge anyone to answer those questions.

  9. Funny guy this Trey Gowdy. Is it about getting the papers backj ? Sure it is. But it is also about a ex-POTUS who the very law he signed himself, and he didn't break it just a little bit, he broke it biiiig time. Hence the criminal investigation.

  10. Why raid two months before the midterm? Trying to influence voters to vote the democrats? Interfering with the election? Now vote buying with the student loan too?

  11. waaaaaaah.

I love how you all look at the investigation as being wrong but say nothing about your boy being an outright criminal.

We are DONE with Trump. So, keep clinging to the clown and let the dems win EVERY election for the next 20 years. Please.

  12. I'm not a lawyer, but since when does the FBI raid a home and then say, we are did it to look for a crime to charge you with? Is this what we have to look forward to? Call it whatever you want, but truth is the average American would rather die fighting than allow Police State tactics to trample all over their self respect. The media can play legal word games all they want. But truth is,we are over 300 million armed to the teeth and we are not going to accept being treated like worthless people. Today it's Trump, who is it tomorrow or what others are being treated this way, that the media isn't reporting about??? It's time to abolish the FBI and let each individual state deal with law enforcement. The FBI and DOJ cannot be stopped or controlled. Congress is afraid of them.
