Often times it's this subtle use of divisive terms that create the division between Americans. We should care about ALL Americans. Even IF the host felt it was necessary to point out who is feeling the negative effects of infrastructure turmoil, she could've easily have replaced the word "minority" with "lower income people", since poverty and struggle knows no race. The more we divide Americans up into racial categories, the more racial division will continue to accelerate and propogandate itself into American society and culture, and that's bad for EVERY American.
